I ordered from them last year, or year before, I forget.......The customer service was good. There prices are high, IMO.

I like their food but don't believe they offer a good value for the money. Even their outlet prices are very high. I will say that their caramel apples are the best I have ever tasted.

Their royal pears are soooo worth it. They are the best ever. If any of them get rotten or arrive rotten they immediately send new ones.

Harry and David is expensive but they are the Cadillac of gift basket companies and everything I've ordered from them has been outstanding. I normally only order from them for special occasions, but every so often they do offer good deals online or in their stores.

The people I order for have always said the gifts from Harry and David are amazing. I haven't ordered as much from them until recently, because the prices were a bit high. But with some of the great deals I've found on this site, I'm ordering now for Christmas, in case the deals go away!

I Just used the 12% off all orders coupon. Wow this really works. I generally do not take the time to search for online discounts, but I figured what the heck I will give it a try. I am hooked why would I not do this. I saved over $16 on my order.
