I enjoyt going to our store, the employees are extremely nice and helpful.

unable to go to rating site with the information given on sales receipt from Family Christian store.

I too was unable to get to the site printed on the receipt and when I told the clerk at the store, he said he knew the site was working because he had a coupon that morning and I used three different search engines to try to get to the site???????

My in store experience was great. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I shop there often.

Family Christian Store in Highland, California was a very positive experience. When I couldn't find a particular item on my own, I was given assistance in finding what I was I was looking for.

Very confusing. My reciept has 1 blank to enter the coupon code. The site has 3 codes-which one do you use (?) Could not find a survey anywhere after clicking on everything that is "clickable," survey location (?)
Is the coupon valid for only on line and/or the local store(?) I prefer shopping at CBD, at least you talk toll free with a real person.

I love our local Family Christian Bookstore in North Olmsted, OH. Great products, fabulous workers, terrific bargains & $5. items (with purchase). I have gotten some pretty awesome gifts there!

I don't know where to rate you for the 25% off coupon, but when I have ordered by phone, I have had very courteous people help me.

A wonderful experiece

I was told to go here to rate the store in Roseville. The young lady that assisted us was very friendly and knowlegeable. I do think that this site is not user friendly

I've tried this website too many times - it is so-o-o- confusing!! Where is the survey and why outdated offers. Today is 1/31/2010. No survey to be found!

I shopped in Sioux City Iowa & the clerk was very friendly. However I couldn't find the survey to get the 25% off nex purchase. Not good to ask us to respond & then there isn't a survey.

The store in Seneca SC is such a blessing to me and to all of my family (which is huge). We have been so very blessed to have such a personalbe, helpful manager, who educates us on the latest Christian helps available, will find or order anything we need, and will make us aware of all great deals.... as if each of us was the only customer he had. All while exuding the love and joy of our Lord Jesus. Brandon has definitely been a blessing to Seneca (via) F.C.S. for the years I have been going there. His accepting andcaring personality allows us (the customers) to feel at home, (you know when you feel at home, you stay longer.....and you buy more!) He has he;ped me in so many ways, so many timesthat it would take hoursto tell all. Thank-you for your choice for excellence in choosing your managers. I would also liketo say that I like the way Brandon interacts with the other employees in front of the customers...You would think this would be a given...but, it is rare these days that you see managers treating all the employees with love and respect . He's definitely a keeper! He acts as if he loves his job, the store, his employees,and his customers. I think he manages as unto Jesus........What a concept! I would like to say .that I have had PERFECT customer service EVERY time I have ever been in the store...Even at Christmas! Please get a bigger store for Seneca...There are Christian items that your Seneca store needs to keepin stock, that there must not be room for. The store is always filled to what looks like capacity; however there are things that you still need to carry. Please check into this. Could not find how to submit survey and receive coupon.

Fcs is a RIPOFF!!! I'd rather buy my stuff online from other providers. The reciept sends you here for a survey when there is none. ( Waste of my time!) And I made a return earlier this week with my reciept and now going over it, I just realized that I was not refunded my complete amount, i'm angry! Needless to say I won't be wasting my time anymore shopping in such a shady store anymore. Their thieves!

I was lured to this website to complete a survey to recieve a discount next time i shop at the store, but it seams to actually be a pathetic attempt to lure me to shop at the fcs site to recieve the discount. DECIEVERS! x(.

Always a pleasure to shop at the Family Christian stores. Very helpful even when I don't know who it that sang or wote the product I want. Like Novi store!

SAME...no survey to complete. Can always use a discount, especially because many of their books are cheaper at other stores/sites. Store 195

Service was good, But will be turning the company into the BBB for not having a survey to get the 25% off.
