I HATE, HATE,HATE shopping with American Girl. No promo codes anywhere. American Girl SUCKS bigtime. My kids are going to get a nintendo. Shoppers who aren't appreciated, take their appreciation and their MONEY elsewhere.

Yes, I have to agree, I cannot understand having to pay for shipping. I do a lot of on line shopping and have Never heard of spending over 200. 00 on a site and still expected to pay for shipping. Not a great way to run a business.

messed my bank account, charged me twice, because of it being "back ordered" i agreed to 38.95 and they took 2 charges of 28.03 and 38.95, called customer service and they were horrible and hung up on me, ebay selling their products did better business then they do!
