I got my credits for June already. I was shorted yet again by 665 tokens. I started writing down EVERY video click I do all month long. I was only credited 440 tokens by them when I show I did 1105. This happened in May as well which is why I started writing it all down. I HATE BEING CHEATED!!!!!!!!! It has already become very difficult to get tokens and then you don't get full credit. I did finally get all my tokens from May after 3 e-mails to them. So I would advise keeping track.

thanks for posting,i just checked my acct and i got 430 tokens,that's 180 tokens
less than last month

This is what I did for the month of June which has 30 days in it.

6 videos per day @ 5 = 30 points per day X 30 days in the month = 900
received 350 points

900 - 350= 550 points that are missing

can someone please tell me how to contact freeride I have been trying through the website with no luck.

Only got 720 points this month .

Noticed there's not a lot of new film clips at night either . Mostly just same ones from that morning moved to a different spot, so not much of a chance for extra points at night either.

I just send them an e mail -I watch each video till the end and refreash after each one-I should be getting 900 points every 30 days-can't they count it does say 5 points for watching each-I got a little over 300 and last month a little over 400-they used to be the best -now they don't live up to their word -if they don't want to give 5 points for each one-let us know -why wast our time- yes I am upset -they take time to do. I only do the 6 each day and they still have cheated me. I have been writing to them on their form for months and have not gotten 1 reply. I got a lousy 325 points which is less than last month. I don't like being taken advantage of and from my point of view, that is what they are doing.

Note: Do not click on the next videos until the previous one is finished
otherwise you will get the tokens for one video only.

I was cheated also. Only 465 this month

I got 551. How is that even possible at 5 points each? I'll have to check with my mom and daughter-in-law tonight to see what mystical numbers they got.

I've been getting shortchanged 500 or more every month. In June I did them in Explorer instead of FF. I watched the entire video as usual and refreshed after each one. This time I was only shortchanged 165 pts. This is not satisfactory. Why can't they post like spike so we can track our own? I've emailed them about this many times but never an answer. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I did those steps last month and got a whopping 350 points out of (31 days x 30 tokens) 930 possible tokens This month without refreshing I got 325 out of 900 which means I got 25 less tokens in a month with 1 less day which is 5 tokens better than last month. Go figure

UPDATE - I received the first reply from them regarding the videos. I got the same steps as listed above (which hasn't worked for me in the past). I did get the full credit but I am not being optimistic about next month since watching the whole video, closing the window, and refreshing hasn't helped previously.

I only hope is that maybe with enough people complaining, they will correct the system they are using to credit people...i hope.........

I also got the canned reponse of "follow these steps" I wrote them back and told them that is exactly how I do it. I was also requested this time to send a copy of my click log that I have been keeping. I typed all of it up and e-mailed them. I did not automatically get credited this time after writing like I did last time. They owe me a lot of tokens this time and I have every click to document it. I agree, if they can't credit properly then they need to do something else.

I refuse to do them anymore, as not wasting time and getting a few points.

Another thing I did in June was to wait until after 8am EST when they change the cabs (at least for me). Maybe that's why I got a few more points this time ,along with using Explorer, but still not what I'm owed.

you did the right thing to email them,maybe they will come up with a better

I was wondering if you all are clicking on the video it self or on the "watch" button ?

I have done it both ways using the watch button one month and clicking on the video the next month. I have used IE and Firefox. I have done them in the morning and in the evening. Nothing seems to help. It has to be something on Freeride side.

I did noticed that they removed the instructions....probably too many complaints that everyone is all ready doing it that way and they still don't credit!
