I stated a new tread since this is a little different problem. I e-mailed them and got a reply that they gave me more points, which is great, but I did not complain about my points, even if I didn't get all of them!!! My question to them is, sometimes the videos freeze and do not play, does this mean if video number one freezes I might as well forget doing any of the other five videos that day? Not exactly fair... what am I suppose to do if the videos lock up... am I the only one this happens to?

i haven't had the videos to freeze up yet,i would suggest that you close that
page out and delete your cookies/history/temp files,turn your computor off
then back on,go back to fr and refresh the page with the videos on it then
try watching the same one that froze up,also i think as long as you refresh
the page before you click on the next video it shouldn't keep you from watching
the other 5 videos and hopefully get credit for them,good luck and maybe
someone else may have some ideas for you

Thanks for the help, I have done all of the things you suggested several times.
I really think it may be because I have Satellite, the reason I asked them the question is because under the note part of the message they sent out and posted (which is no longer on my account) it said if you did not watch each video in its entirety you would only get on point.... that is why I questioned them....
