Virtual Visa ecount card exp. update?

Is anyone able to get through to ecount to update their VV

card exp. date this year? I have tried many, many times since October 1st and I just get the recording saying they are experiencing long wait times for live customer service reps. Right now I have been on for over 40 min. My card expires this month. .
