After trying to reach them unsuccessfully by phone and email since 9/20 because my card was expiring this month - I finally checked my account today to use it up and all I get is this message. Since I have already tried ALL month to reach them I wonder if I will ever get my money back. I just used my VV this week on the Kodak Gallery promo and Kodak charged that extra $1 on my acct. so I was looking to see if it was gone. I checked this am and the charge still showed. now I cannot get to my acct. at all.

update: I found my last Freeride email with my VV code in it and got back into my acct. thru that link I only had $8-9 left (still shows the $1 extra taken out) then I went shopping and found an item for $6 and purchased it - hope both purchases go thru as they were after the "closing date". So it is not too bad if I only lose the $2-3 remaining, but I am still going after it. Glad I cashed out for a reg. gift card last time too. But it still shows as available on Freeride so do not cash out for it.
