QR Lip Balm Survey

Anyone do this lip balm survey at QR, I got the lip blam last Thursday and have not recived a email for the follow up survey yet. It stated 1 week in the letter. Anyone do this and get the follow up or not get it yet?

I only received the first product (and credit for the first survey) No follow up survey or product

I was checking to see if anyone had a email on the lip balm testing survey. I have not had another product sent, or did I get a email about rating the product. Anyone else?

So companies do actually send you products to test when you do surveys thru QR? How do you get paid from QR if the send you a follow up if survey direct? I would want to be sure to get paid/credit thru QR for sure.

There have been so many errors on surveys there, I am going to be watching closely. anyone noticed Greenfield survey now if you do not qualify, they send you back to that same survey 10 times. LOL maybe OTX has taken them over.

this was the first survey from QR I ever received a product for .. oh well.at least I got a free tube of lip balm
