it says myt email is not in their database. Since it is the email I have used since joining years ago, i believe there is a problem.

That happened to me last month. I emailed and they told me I had unsubscribed. After much back and forth they did reinste my account. Good luck.

I just did the reinstatement tool. I got a reply that I unsubscribed (which I didn't). All I can think of is the email program rejecting their emails. In order to confirm reinstatement, I have to receive their email and click on a link.

Does anyone have some of their email addresses so I can add them to my address book?

Know this happened to a few people a while ago cuz there IP's weren't allowing the newsletters through .
When that happened , they had to send in an old email to prove who they were , ID number suppose to be somewhere on email.
Since then , I keep one of their emails in my saved mail , incase I ever need it.

The 3 newsletters I got from them yesterday , all said :

Creationsrewards.net <newsletter16@creationsrewards.net>

TY - I have that in my address book and never got CR's email with the link. I'm sure the whole problem is the email I use (excite.com) I will try and contact CR again and hope they can send me the link email to another email address.

Excite is probably flagging it as spam and not allowing it through.
You should try contacting excite.com also and telling them it's not spam , that you don't want any emails from Freeride blocked and to allow them through.

That is a good idea. On excite they have instructions about bounced mail where I would have to have CR send them everything in a specified manner. I think that happening is slim and I don't blame cr if they would refuse. I emailed cr using a different email addy so I am hoping to get a reply from them within 72 hours and hopefully can resolve this.

I have used excite.com for over 15 years and they have gone steadily downhill so now is the time for me to bid them adios....but not until I get the cr thing resolved.

I did get reinstated. It took ages for me to get the "link" email but I think it took excite a long time to post it.

Now I think I better get a different email addy.

Does gmail work well with CR?

Yes, I use Yahoo email for CR with no problems -- also knocking wood! LOL
