I am thinking about cashing out for a Payoneer Mastercard debit card through Clearvoice Surveys. But one page on their site says there is an activation of $9.95 and another page says there is NO activation fee. Has anyone here gotten this card from them? If so, did you pay an activation fee? I have emailed them providing links to the two pages with conflicting information, but it might be a few days before I get a reply depending upon how busy they are, so I thought I might ask for some feedback here. Any comments on your personal experiences with this will be very much appreciated!
