I tried cutting and pasting and typing it in by hand, but it won't accept it. Anyone else having that problem?

no problem here - be sure no extra spaces at front or end I copied and pasted fine

Did you try refreshing the page and getting a new code.
The codes are rotating codes and are only good for a few minutes before they expire.
If you took too long , the one you had might no longer be good and you need a new one.
