Toluna sweeps?

I thought someone here said once that Toluna had an option to use points to earn sweeps entries. All I can see regarding sweeps is that you earn entries towards monthly drawings when you DO surveys.
I don't have enough points to cash out for something, and I want to quit them now that they've joined with Greenfield, so I was hoping I could enter them in a sweeps and maybe (SLIGHT chance) get something that way if I win.
Does anyone know if it's possible, or even remember the post here about sweeps?
