Baby shower decorations

I need some interesting ideas for a centerpiece for a babyshower.

A friends of mine was talking to a friend of hers about babyshowers. She told this other girl about all the creative stuff I have come up with for decorations and gifts (like a diaper cake, memory jar and watermelon carved into a baby carrage). Now this other girl wants me to help her with the party decorations for her sisters shower. I have tried to explain that I am not creative I just know where to ask for ideas. So here I am asking for ideas.

I would first ask the girl is she has a theme in mind for the baby shower and then maybe go from there. But, the baby carriage from a watermelon sounds adorable and I would build off of that, of course if the shower is soon, that idea isn't quite in season.

If the shower is soon, how about a snowbaby theme. Do a center piece with a big snowman baby made of styrofoam balls. You could do it close to life size and dress it in a diaper and baby tee shirt(little gap one would be cute) and put a newborn stretchy hat on it's head. For the arms and legs, use sticks from the yard, maybe even put a pair of booties on. For the face, button eyes and nose, stick a pacifier where the mouth should be and maybe a little blush on the cheeks. Lay the baby in a moses basket or just on a blanket. Then have all the favors, cups, plates, etc have snowbabies or snowflakes theme.
