Does anyone know if there are any vacation home rentals available in the area of Colonial Williamsburg? Our family is going together with aunts, uncles and grandparent (10 persons altogether) and would like to stay together in one "cabin"? It might even be cheaper than renting multiple rooms. Any frugal lodging ideas on accommodating such a large group is appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Perhaps you could try something like VRBO® is Vacation Rentals By Owner which is vacation rental by owner. It sounds like you need a house!

We have stayed in Williamsburg many times. We have rented Condos (Kingsgate, Powhatan and Patriots place}. They have three bedroom condos (sleeps 10), or you could get 2 two bedroom units. The most we paid was $1,000 for the three bedroom unit for 7 nights. The three bedroom unit was actually a two bedroom/studio together (two full kitchens). Tons of room!
