Key lime pie on a stick, Walking up and down Duval Street and shopping.
The southernmost point in the US lies in Key West. This location is only 90 miles from Cuba and is the literal end of the road. A post marks the spot and its a popular photo stop. We went parasailing and saw sea turtles.
Hang out where the ships come in at night there is alot of things going on down there, very cool.

We were in Key Largo and Key West in December, and to be honest we were not impressed with the area at all. I thought it was really run down, and maybe I just didn't know what to expect, but I would not go back. It was terrible to try to find parking along the beaches. We had a great time in Orlando, Miami Beach, and Cocoa Beach, but I would not go back to Key Largo or Key West. But I hope you have a much better time than we did.

We enjoyed Key West. We liked watching the sun go down. There is a good museum that I can't remember the name of. It has artifacts from one of old recovered ships. Also enjoyed the Hemingway house: [ERNEST HEMINGWAY HOME & MUSEUM - Key West, Florida...] and also enjoyed Sloppy Joe's. SLOPPY JOE'S BAR - KEY WEST, FLORIDA
I can't say I would go there for the beaches. I thought they were small. We did go snorkeling though on one of the Keys and it was wonderful.

We just returned from spending a day in Key West. The chocolate covered key lime pie on a stick tasted great. There are a lot of restaurants of all kinds as well as lots of bars. You can do a lot of walking or take a trolley. There was a lot to see. We did not have to bother with parking and driving as we were tent camping on a nearby key and elected to pay for the campground shuttle. I was glad we went. Lots of people were there in Key West and we watched a fishing contest sponsored by Angler magazine. Wear comfortable shoes.
