Hello, I am not from around there,but you need to go to an international bank. you might have to call your local bank and they can direct you.

If you are going to Europe just use your ATM card once you get there. You get a much better deal. the bank will charge you for using it, our charge was $3. ATM's are everywhere. You can always call your bank to make sure. I have been to Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Netherlands,and Austria and never had a problem with using an ATM once I got there! Most airports have ATMs and if they don't banks are easily located!
