I have been a member of MC for a long time. Even though I haven't posted in quite some time, I check the boards most every day. Kinda like a stalker.

I hope I don't come across as rude, but I am posting to ask for your vote. Our local symphony youth orchestra (EPSYO) is in the running for a $10,000 grant through Facebook and Clorox Cleanup. The winners are determined by the amount of votes received. The winner not only receives a grant, but an article in People magazine as well.

I certainly cannot play any instrument whatsoever, but I have seen these kids play and they are fantastic.

All you have to do is vote once every 24 hours until January 17th. Every vote counts.

I'll vote for you too! My son was in the AYSO here in Atlanta during high school. You are right, some of those kids are amazing! I don't play an instrument either, but my son plays the viola and is a music performance major. He's studying with Robert McDuffie right now. Good luck! ~Lisa
