Prize: Grand Prize (1): A Celebrity hosted self-esteem workshop (“workshop”), for a minimum of 30 people and a maximum of 100 people (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), to be conducted at a Sponsor-selected location in the winner’s town/community. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, his/her parent/legal guardian must be present during the workshop. Winner will be required to do the following: 1) choose an age range for the workshop from the following age ranges: 8-10, 11-13, 14-17; 2) partner with his/her community/school to select a venue for the workshop for Sponsor’s approval. If Grand Prize winner does not have a recommendation for a venue or if Sponsor does not approve of winner’s recommended venue, Sponsor will solely determine the venue for the workshop. Ultimately, the final decision of the date, time, location, total attendants and age of attendees will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. There is no approximate retail value associated with this prize. Grand Prize is subject to availability. Specific celebrity will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Workshop must take place within six (6) months of winner confirmation. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize will be awarded and Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone/mail/e-mail. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable for any reason.
