Limit of up to six (6) Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries per person per day via the vote/online game method of entry. Limit five (5) instant win game plays per person per day. All instant win game plays must be complete by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2008.

Finalist Sweepstakes Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing: Finalist Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a Sponsor specified destination to attend the Grand Prize Event (detailed below in Rule #5). Sweepstakes Finalist Prize includes round-trip economy-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to Finalist's home, round trip transportation between the airport and destination city, three (3) nights hotel accommodations in destination city (based on double occupancy) and $750 spending money for Finalist, awarded in the form of a check (ARV: $5,000). All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change. In the event the Finalist Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination city, round-trip limousine transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Actual retail value of Finalist Prize may vary due to winner's state of residence and fares at time of travel. The Finalist will be selected randomly on or about August 5, 2008, from among all eligible Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries received. The Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing. The Finalist will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone. Odds of winning the Finalist Sweepstakes Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries received.
5. Grand Prize Event, Grand Prize and ARV: The Finalist must be present at the Grand Prize Event on the date, time and location specified by Sponsor (provided to Finalist prior to the Grand Prize Event) in order to participate in the Grand Prize Event to determine if he/she is the winner of the Grand Prize. If Finalist cannot attend the Grand Prize Event, he/she will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Event will consist of the Finalist being required to place six Sponsor-selected items/phrases in order. If the Finalist's order matches the Sponsor's predetermined order, the Finalist will receive the Grand Prize. Grand Prize (1): The President of the United States' salary, awarded as a $400,000 check. Odds of the Finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1:720.
6. Instant Win Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Approximate Odds of Winning: Instant Win Prize (1,225 – 35 per day): A $15 Target gift card (ARV: $15 each). The approximate odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1:530. Gift cards subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. Unclaimed/unredeemed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) instant win prize per person/email address. All Instant Win Prizes or prize notification will be sent approximately 6 – 8 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
