Rules: HERSHEY'S BLISS - Official Rules

PRIZES: Four (4) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists of a customized trip for winner and their guest(s) to a destination selected by winner. Each trip must begin with travel from the winner’s home to Hershey, Pennsylvania where winner and guest(s) will enjoy a minimum two (2) days and one (1) night stay at a Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company hotel, selected at the Sponsors sole discretion. Winner and guest(s) may then choose to travel to additional destination(s) within the 48 contiguous United tates., or choose to remain in Hershey, PA for the remainder of their trip. Travel may not exceed a total of six (6) nights including winner’s stay in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Prize includes: double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and guest(s), air transportation, ground transportation or car rental for seven (7) consecutive days and six (6) nights. Any remaining funds not used for the travel or lodging portion of the prize will be awarded to the winner (payable to winner in the form of a check) which can be used for food or activities. The total value of the prize including transportation, lodging and cash awarded to the winner and guest(s) will equal $25,000.00. Each winner will work with The Hershey Company’s designated travel agent to plan and fulfill the customized trip. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest(s) must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. All minor guests (under age 18) on trip must be accompanied by minor’s parent or legal guardian who must be the winner or one of winner’s guests. Winner and guest(s) must complete all travel by December 31, 2010. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Selection of airport, airline, hotel(s), event seating assignments, and travel dates are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Actual value of trip prize depends on city, day, and time of departure. Approximate retail value (ARV): $25,000.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $100,000.00. Limit one (1) prize per name, address and/or household. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of entries received.
