help me find this restasis coupon

I am looking for a $20 coupon for restasis. I called the company and they said the eye dr office will have this coupon and thats the only place to get it. It will be inside of a "smart start" brochure. Its a $20 coupon to take to the pharmacy. Its not a rebate, but a coupon. I have already found the rebate form. I really need this coupon.
