What time of the day does Paypal update a bank transfer?

I am awaiting a bank funds transfer to my Paypal account that says should take place TODAY. It still has not. This date is according to Paypal. Anyone know if they add the funds at a certain time of the day? Or is it just whenever it happens?

EDIT: Well, it appears they do it around 1 AM TUESDAY instead of sometime on MONDAY--LOL!
