I used to be a heavy couponer and am just getting back into it. Planning on stocking back up and hopefully helping out my family and friends too. Way back when, there were a couple of websites that had the sales ads for some of the stores a few days before they came out in the paper.. I lost it.. And another fav was one that had the sale items, coupon amounts and what you'd pay.. I.E. CVS would have listed like:

Product Price Coupon Amount End Price

Q-tips B1G1F (4.50) $1 (2) $1.25 each
