Wouldn't you have to use half the number of the $1.50/2? Once you use a B1G1 Free coupon you only have one item left to use a coupon on and it's off 2. So if you get 16 bags and use 8 B1G1 you have used coupons on the 8 you are getting free and have 8 left you can use coupons on, so you can only use 4 $1/2. Still works out to a great deal if you have dogs like mine that love them, especially with the $5 Cat back.
