I'm sooo mad, Went to shop with my coupons for this weeks sale, Had cart loaded. They started ringing up my coupons at the end and I noticed they all weren't doubling, only some of them. The cashier stated that there was a new double coupon policy started today. Only 4 doubled coupons per item per day. Not per visit per day I asked if that included different varieties of the same. She said on any variety of the same item. This really stinks. I just acquired 234 of the 50/1 juicy juice coupons. I usually go in and ask them to special order for me so as not to take all off the shelf. This is the only store in 45 miles that doubles coupons. Guess I wont be stocking up as much any more. So anybody need juicy juice coupons? LOL

WOW that sucks!! I go to Tops in Batavia NY and I used Coupons in Multiples saturday without a problem. So sorry to hear of your stores change. email me if you want to trade some of those coupons. Thanks! vminler@rochester.rr.com

So you are the famous "Kyle"?? LMBO! One time I went into the same Tops you are talking about to get some juicy juice, and the cashier looked at the juicy juice, then my cpns, then me, and asked if I was Kyle's daughter. I was like "nooooooooo", I didn't know who they were talking about.

This really, really, really, sucks!!! I am sure all the others will follow suit too. I am going to have to hit the tops at my moms and see if they are doing it there too.

I went to the Tops in West Seneca, NY today and had no problem using multiples. Hope they don't change their policy, too.

I also shop at Tops in Batavia! No problems with multiples but they will not let me use two coupons on B1G1F. Is there anything left in the haircair section? (40% off this week)

Sorry to hear the bad news. I've been dealing with that here in Indiana, except they limit us to 1 doubled coupon per item per day! Can you believe that? Anyway I'm interested in the Juicy Juice coupons if they are still available.

Thats odd that will not let you use 2 coupons on B1G1F ..I do it all the time at tops in Batavia,NY and at Jubilee Foods in Attica,NY.

Our Tops market said that the new coupon policy would take effect this Sunday and you would be limited to 4 per day like items. We are in Western New York (Cheektowaga). The computer will automatically double the first four and any others will be redeemed at face value.

Tops on Elmwood in Buffalo stopped at 4 today. I was less then pleased. The cashier over road it. I guess it is off to Wegmans and Quality for me if this is Tops' new policy.

I have four children, I will trade for any or all of those juicy juice coupons.

I shopped at Tops on Buffalo Road, Gates yesterday and was looking for a sign about their coupon policy. When you check out look at the "table" next to the bonus/credit card machine and they have it pasted there. I only read it quickly, but as I understand the policy change, I think it stated they would redeem coupons for double value when you use your bonus card and they can limit the number of coupons on any one item to four per order. I may be wrong as I read it quickly and there was a long line (typical Tops - no help) behind me. My impression was that unless you use the bonus card, coupons would not be doubled. When I go back I'll check at the service desk to see if they have a portable copy.

Tops has never wanted to let you use two coupons on a BlGlF. Sometimes you can slip it by; other times not.

Has anyone else seen the change in writing?

I shop at Buffalo Road too. I just got back. I didn't have a problem. But I can never use the coupons on the BOGO. Your right about the sign. You can double if you use the Bonus Card. Now I know why I always have to get rainchecks, there's alot of shopping there!

I Think this change sucks... but I give customer service an A+. I didn't notice that all my coupons didn't double untill after I had finished checking out. Tops customer service refunded the amount that should have doubled!!!! and it was over $20!!!!

My wegmans only doubles the first four. So, I guess I am now not doing too many multiples.

All the supermarkets here have a limit of four, except Waldbaums, they only let you use ONE! What a pain.

WAIT!!!! I just went to the Tops website hoping to see tomorrow's ad. I needed to enter my bonus card number before it would show me the ad for my area. When the ad came up, on the bottom of the first page, it showed "Double Manufacturers' Coupons up to 99 cents". We don't have double coupons in Cleveland!!! So why, if they are showing me the ad for my area, would it show that?

So my question of course is.....should I print out the ad tomorrow morning and show up at the store and demand that they honor it?

Oh Geez! DH went to tops in henrietta-jefferson with 12 -.75 on kids loreal products. They only doubled the first 4. He was livid. Had to take him out to lunch with my $5 off at Ground Round after that!

I went to tops Batavia on Saturday for Popsicles and they also only doubled the first four! UGHHHHHHH!


Thank goodness Jubilee has a better sale this week! No hassles there!

Could it be that there enforcing that rule about only four like coupons. I know Wegmans has this rule, but they don't care. If they aren't doubling coupons anymore I'm not shopping there anymore. Let's face it there are way better grocery stores around here that double.

I was thinking about this last night (My only store that doubles, it is so depressing to me!), and I was wondering will they only double 4 cpns, or will they only double 4 like cpns. I mean if I have 10 completely different cpns, each for a completely different item, will they all double, or only the first four? I really hope it means they will only double 4 like cpns. I hope I made sense!

I just had a bad experience at tops in buffalo ny. they said we had to do another transactions in order to use the bogo coupons. GRRRRRR so i called spoke to the store manage and told him the i am calling corp. and his cashiers need to understand the coupon policy. ended up getting ripped off cause of this so un happy. corp will hear me tomorrow

policy on line states that 4 coupons for the SAME item per day.
