MIL sent a coupon today; I believe it came from the Atlanta paper coupon section, but don't know which one. It is a "Target coupon," exp. 1/31/07, and it says:
$5 off any product* with purchase of two -- (lists various Tide) or (lists various Ultra Charmin tissue) or 12-ct. jumbo roll Bounty paper towel.
The * reads: "Offer not valid on Procter and Gamble product."
There is a similar attached coupon for Pampers and wipes.
Who makes the Tide, Charmin, Bounty and Pampers?? P&G!!

So I'm sitting here trying to figure out what in the world this means. You can't use the $5 on any *other* P&G product? So the value of what I'm getting needs to be $5 for "a product" that is not a P&G product? Gosh, don't they want to sell P&G products, or just the ones they've listed? I only have the coupons, not the accompanying ad, so that doesn't help.
Anyone else find this, or use this one? Any thoughts? If this has been discussed, sorry. I did a search and found nothing. TIA
