Whenever I am about to mail expired coupons to military locations ...

I contact them first, asking if they still want them and if they have a want list (highly desired coupons).

Situations change and it would be terrible if the package was RTS (Returnd To Sender), wasting all that effort and postage.

It could be as simple as an email.

By chance do you know if he has an email that we could email him at first. I would hate to send so many coupons that it would just cover him up and he couldn't use them. It sure would be nice to have a list of several people overseas that could use them. Thanks,
Betty

Sorry Betty I do not although I would think that he or his wife have access to a computer for the past two years he has responded via snailmail to thank me and let me know that he received what I have sent.

Here is what I can tell you from his letters:

1. He is located in Korea.
2. He spreads the coupons at Osan, The Army Camp at Stanley, the Army in Pusan, Kunsain Air Base, Chinhae Navy Base, and Camp Casey
3. His wife visits many commissaries to make sure that they are being properly displayed and used
4. He has a list that he maintains and will take them on/off depending on the coupon usage for that location
5. He needs to receive coupons no more than 4 months expired to give him time to get them broken down and delivered so that they can be used before the 6 month expire

Anyways hope this helps he has always been very appreciative of anything that I have sent him and I am certain that he would love a big ol' box .....

oh and his info is also on another up to date list from another site not to be mentioned (R_C ahem )
