The last three times I've placed an order with Amazon and specified super saver shipping they send me an invoice that indicates that shipping is free, but when they send the order they charge me for shipping. When I contact customer service, they do refund the shipping, but I'm getting tired of having to keep track of them.

Is anyone else having this problem?

That really is strange... They are usually so good about keeping the books straight!

Is it the choice to group items that might be messing things up? I've never had a problem and it seems odd that it would show up correct on the checkout and different in the actual....

It's happend when I've grouped them together and when I ordered one item separately. I've ordered a lot of stuff from Amazon before with super saver shipping and this has never happend until the past month or so.

The fact that they're refunding the shipping charges suggests to me that I'm following all their rules for super saver shipping. The problem appears to be on their end.
