Your 2¢ on: Coupon Services: credit or refund

Your 2¢ on: Coupon Services - store credit or refund

I would like some opinions on this.

If you pay a h/f through paypal to a coupon service for coupons & the service does not have enough coupons to cover your order
should you be issued a refund through paypal for the overage or be given a credit toward a future purchase?

Thank you

Refund for sure. Credit ties up your money.

No question - refund. How do you know they will have what you need the next time you order?
