Ok this past week in the ad there was a promotion for gettin a $5.50 RR when u buy the Oral-B Cross Action Power toothbrush or Brush heads. Are these promotions for the register rewards only for one week or how long do they go for? The reason i'm wanting to know is because i went there last sunday and my walgreens was out already. And i forgot to go back to see if they had more. Really wanted to do this cuz i have a Buy one get one free coupon. TIA!

When it is a really good deal, they usually go off the shelves pretty quick. What I do if they are out is go the day they get their truck. They have always told me when that is. If they do not have everything out yet, SOMETIMES they go in the back and get it for you. I say sometimes because they do not always want to. It really depends on the clerk. That happened with the oral B this week. They were gone, truck came in and he was stocking them when I got there. He searched in the bins for me so I could get some. It was a limit of one, but the one cashier told me I could get 2 since it was the last day. (this was Saturday) The limits really depends on the clerk also. Some don't mind and some do. I actually have one clerk an my favorite Walgreen's that encourages me to get lots because it helps with her numbers for sales. I told her once that I didn't want to clear out her shelf and she said "That's OK, it's more sales for us!" This is not the normal reaction I get with most stores. Needless to say. I now have figured out her hours and shop when she is there!

Many times ...

A retail establishment will tell you that their truck comes on Wednesday.

What they do not tell you is it takes all of Wednesday to unload the truck.

They really do not get to putting up the stuff until the next day.

So, the thing to ask is what day will the stuff be up.
