Kroger No Longer Accepting Competitor RX Coupons

I was at a Kroger in Brighton, MI yesterday and on the counter there was a paper that said as of 6/22/-08
Kroger was no longer accepting Competitor Prescription coupons
Has anyone else seen this
I will definately miss that
