- "DH ordered a golf club from Golfsmith.com a few months ago. When he placed his order the website said that the club was "In Stock." After waiting for almost two weeks and not receiving the club or any emails saying that it had shipped, my husband called to ask what the status of his order was. He was told that the club was currently "Out of Stock," but was expected to ship to him in a month. :mad: I feel that Golfsmith.com should have at least contacted DH by email or phone to let him know that the item that he ordered, which was listed as "In Stock" on their website, wasn't actually available and wouldn't be available for at least 1 1/2 months. Instead, they just left him hanging with no information at all until he finally contacted them."
