Pittsburgh, PA - January 29, 2001 - DirectStuff.com owners of MyCoupons.com, http://www.mycoupons.com, has been listed as the 10th most repeat visited site by Silicon Valley-based Nielsen/NetRatings.

Regular repeat visits to a site is one indication of a loyal customer, according to Sean Kaldor, vice president of e-commerce for Silicon Valley-based Nielsen/NetRatings. In evaluating thousands of sites Nielsen/NetRatings found the top 20 sites attracting repetitive users tended to cluster in areas such as finance, auction, gaming, and general portal. MyCoupons.com was ranked 10 out of those thousands of sites evaluated, right behind Excite.com, Ameritrade, eBay, Yahoo.com and a few others.

"We are excited to be recognized in the same breathe as Excite, eBay, and Yahoo. MyCoupons.com was built around providing members with a 'central coupon and savings' location that we started several years ago, " says Jason Wolfe, President and CEO of DirectStuff.com. "We let the users stay in control, and simply provide them with an environment that is conducive for exchanging helpful information, savings ideas, and tips. This has provided us with one of the Internet's most loyal group of users, and we continually foster our relationship with them."

In an article in DigiTrends Magazine, January 2001, 'Old-Style Loyalty Marketing Puts Its Stamp Online', Claudia Martin listed the Six key factors that drive customer loyalty, 1) Overall customer satisfaction with product, 2) Uniqueness of product/service, 3) Likelihood customer will recommend you to others, 4) Product or service that is better than competition, 5) Ability to build long term relationships, and 6) Exceeding customer expectations on entry level.

Some industry professionals suggest loyalty is the cyber-glue which will keep customers sticking to a Web site. "It's no longer the number of eyeballs, it's the quality of the eyeballs, the loyalty" says Peter Mackey, president of Digital Idea, an Internet consulting firm in Connecticut.
